The library of Nahata Jogendranath Mondal Smriti Mahavidyalaya is a well-constituted library which is situated in a remote village of Nahata near Bangaon in the district of North 24 Parganas. The college library is dedicated to serve the poor and backward class students mainly of Nahata as well as the adjacent villages. The library has more than 17000 books on different subjects like Geography, Education, Commerce, History, Bengali, Music, Physical Education, Philosophy, Political Science, Economics, Sanskrit, English, Sociology, Defence Studies, Environmental Science etc. Besides these, the library also subscribes N-LIST (National Library and Information Services Infrastructure for Scholarly Content) e-resources which provides access to 6000+ journals, 1,99,500+ e-books under N-LIST and 6,00,000 e-books through NDL, by covering all the disciplines like Pure Sciences, Social Sciences and Humanities. The library also has some old issues of journals and newspapers.
